Guacamole

2-3 ripe avocados
1T lemon or lime juice
2-3 small green chillies, de-seeded and finely diced
1 spring onion, sliced
1 tomato, finely diced
2 T coriander, chopped
salt and pepper
dash of Tabasco (optional)

Mash together avocados with a fork.  Add lemon juice and mix.  Mix in remaining ingredients adding in dash of Tabasco if desired.
